ABOUT F. MONANA

I am Floid Monana, the founder and principal attorney of MF Attorneys.

My journey in law taught me one thing early — people don't just need a lawyer, they need someone who understands their situation. During my articles and early practice, I worked across different departments and saw how many South Africans struggle to get clear, affordable and honest legal advice.

That experience shaped this firm. I handled civil claims, labour disputes, criminal matters, family law cases and commercial work. I learned that no two cases are the same, even if they look the same on paper. Your matter is distinct, and it deserves a distinct solution.

I founded MONANA F ATTORNEYS Inc in 2026 to bridge that gap — to provide skilled, professional and vigorous representation, without losing the human touch.

Conveyancing and Notarial services are facilitated on a referral / in-association basis through duly admitted conveyancers and notaries public. All conveyancing and notarial trust monies, guarantees and deposits are handled exclusively through the trust accounts of the appointed conveyancers / notaries public.
